about the rich food and wine culture of Provence as you taste your way through six
expertly-paired courses of French country fare served on Keli's extensive
collection of Italian and French dinnerware. Provence is famous for its GMS
(Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah) blends and it's exquisite rose.
Keli will prepare some of the gastronomic delights of this region using the finest ingredients found locally.
Each student will receive an autographed copy of Kelis cookbook "Cooking with Poggi Bonsi - Traveling Through Food" (a $30 value), plus supplemental recipes.
